Pradeep Chona is a second-generation entrepreneur who catapulted his family's homegrown ice cream business to new heights. He perfected the iconic recipe, ushering in a new era of modernisation through manufacturing efficiency, all the while maintaining the topnotch quality that the brand has been associated with. He took the brand from one city to several cities in the state of Gujarat. He envisioned that ice creams are best had after a taste of authentic Indian food, thus conceptualising and opening restaurants across Gujarat. His unflinching focus on quality ingredients and his no-shortcuts approach to work mean that his businesses inherently carry integrity, innovation and ingenuity.

An ambitious entrepreneur and a visionary investor, Ankit Chona spearheads the third-generation restaurant business and has founded successful ventures in the ice cream, packaged foods, and health food businesses. He took the business to different cities across India, and led the transition away from the brand after its sale, alongside building the 80+ restaurants under his parent company HRPL operates. He is the mastermind behind Huber & Holly, a freshly churned ice-cream brand with 15 stores across six cities. With a forward-thinking mindset, Ankit has also established himself as a prominent investor, backing and mentoring start-ups challenging the status quo and driving the growth of a new India.
